This is a printable checklist for UK sole traders and small business owners. It covers six topics, each tied to the moment that might prompt it:

Under each one there are a few first checks you can do yourself, the name of the Secordit kit that goes further, and pointers to guidance from the NCSC and the ICO. Start wherever your question starts.

What it isn't

It's a starting point, not a security assessment. Working through it doesn't mean your business is secure or ready for anything in particular, and it isn't legal or insurance advice.

Secordit isn't part of the government, the NCSC or the ICO, and none of them has reviewed this checklist.
