1. About these terms

These terms apply to products purchased from Secordit Intelligence Ltd through secordit.co.uk. Product-page and checkout terms form part of the purchase contract.

2. Products and delivery

Secordit sells self-serve digital products, bundles, free briefings and subscription intelligence. Digital delivery details are shown on each product page and at checkout. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information.

3. Subscriptions

A live subscription renews on the billing frequency shown on its product page and at checkout until cancelled. CSRB-WATCH is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time to stop future renewal charges. Any price-lock term applies only while the subscription remains active. Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the product page, checkout and Refund Policy.

4. Support

Support is limited to product access, downloads, billing, licence queries, factual corrections and product-update queries. It does not include legal or regulatory interpretation, emergency incident response, implementation work or review of buyer systems.

5. Licence and permitted use

Unless a product is explicitly marked for white-label or client-facing use, it is licensed to the purchaser for internal business use only. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, publish or reproduce Secordit intellectual property except where the applicable product licence expressly permits it.

Where a product permits white-label or client-facing use, that permission applies only to the specified output and does not transfer ownership of Secordit source material, methodology or branding.

6. Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for assessing whether a product is suitable, using current official sources, maintaining their own records and obtaining legal advice where required. Draft or proposed obligations must not be represented as confirmed law solely because they appear in a Secordit product.

7. Intellectual property

All product content, methodology, templates, designs and supporting materials remain the intellectual property of Secordit Intelligence Ltd or its licensors, except for buyer content and third-party material identified as such.

8. Confidentiality and data protection

Secordit processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection law. The self-serve product model does not require buyers to provide system details or confidential operational material.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secordit’s total aggregate liability in connection with an order is limited to the fees paid for that order or, for a subscription, fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Secordit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, regulatory fines or reputational damage. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Operational intelligence disclaimer

Secordit Intelligence products are operational intelligence and compliance readiness materials. They do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee regulatory outcomes. Buyers should verify current legal requirements against official sources and seek legal advice where required.

11. Suspension and termination

Secordit may suspend product access for material breach, suspected fraud or non-payment. Refunds are assessed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

12. Changes

Secordit may update these terms. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated through the subscriber contact details where appropriate.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
