1. Scope

This policy applies to digital products and subscription products sold by Secordit Intelligence Ltd through secordit.co.uk.

2. Digital products

Digital products are normally supplied immediately after purchase. Any product-specific refund promise shown on the product page or at checkout forms part of the purchase terms for that product.

Refunds are not normally provided solely because a buyer changed their mind after receiving access, no longer needs the product, did not use it, expected a feature not included in the product listing, or did not achieve a particular commercial, regulatory or compliance outcome.

3. Faults and delivery problems

If digital content is faulty, corrupted, incorrectly delivered or materially different from the product description at the point of sale, contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy where required.

4. Subscription products

Live subscription products are billed on the frequency shown on the product page and at checkout. A buyer may cancel at any time to stop future renewal charges. Product-page and checkout terms govern access, cancellation and any refund applicable to the current billing period.

5. Support scope

Support is limited to product access, downloads, billing, licence queries, factual corrections and product-update queries. It does not include legal or regulatory interpretation, emergency incident response, implementation work or review of buyer systems.

6. Requesting help or a refund review

Email intel@secordit.co.uk with your name, order number, product, purchase date and a short explanation of the issue. We normally review refund and access issues within 3 business days. Payment-provider processing times may vary after a refund is approved.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Operational intelligence disclaimer

Secordit Intelligence products are operational intelligence and compliance readiness materials. They do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee regulatory outcomes. Buyers should verify current legal requirements against official sources and seek legal advice where required.

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
