SECORDIT INTELLIGENCE — REFUND POLICY
Last updated: 17 June 2026
1. Overview
Secordit Intelligence (“Secordit”, “we”, “us”) provides self-serve digital products, regulatory intelligence materials, compliance readiness toolkits, briefings, templates and related operational resources for UK Managed Service Providers and organisations.
Our products are digital downloads and are designed for immediate access after checkout. This policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.
2. Digital Product Purchases
The following active Secordit digital products are delivered electronically after purchase:
- AISEC-101
- AISEC-PRO
- CSRB-BRIDGE
- CSRB-RESPOND
- CSRB-UPLIFT
- CSRB Starter Stack
Digital product purchases are normally non-refundable once download access has been delivered, except where a product page clearly states a specific product guarantee or where one of the refund grounds below applies.
By completing checkout, you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that access may begin before the end of any cancellation period that would otherwise apply.
3. When a Refund May Be Considered
- We may consider a refund, replacement or correction where:
- the same product was purchased twice in error;
- download access failed and could not be restored;
- the wrong product was delivered;
- a billing or payment-processing error occurred;
- the delivered file was corrupted, incomplete or materially defective;
- the delivered product materially differed from what was described at the point of sale.
Where possible, we will first try to resolve the issue by restoring access, redelivering the correct file, correcting a defective file, or providing an updated download.
4. When Refunds Are Not Normally Available
Refunds are not normally available where:
- download access has been delivered successfully;
- the buyer changed their mind after receiving access;
- the buyer no longer needs the product;
- the buyer expected bespoke advice, consultancy, direct analyst access, legal advice or client-specific interpretation;
- a legislative, regulatory or policy timeline later changes;
- the buyer did not use the product;
- the buyer used the materials but did not achieve a particular commercial, regulatory or compliance outcome.
Secordit products are self-serve operational intelligence and compliance readiness materials. They are not bespoke advisory services.
5. Subscription Products
Where Secordit offers a live subscription product, the applicable billing, cancellation and refund terms will be stated on that product page and at checkout.
Subscription terms apply only to products that are live and available for purchase. Draft, parked, archived or unavailable products are not covered by subscription terms unless and until they are launched.
6. Support Scope
Support is limited to:
- product access;
- download issues;
- billing questions;
- licence questions;
- factual corrections;
- product update queries.
Support does not include bespoke legal advice, direct analyst access, client-specific regulatory interpretation, emergency incident response, consultancy, implementation support or review of a buyer’s own environment.
7. How to Request Help or a Refund Review
Email intel@secordit.co.uk with:
- your name;
- your order number;
- the product purchased;
- the date of purchase;
- a short explanation of the issue;
- any screenshots or supporting information that help show the problem.
We normally review refund and access issues within 3 business days.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed back to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where digital content is faulty, defective, corrupted, incorrectly delivered or materially different from the product description at the point of sale, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
9. Operational Intelligence Disclaimer
Secordit Intelligence products are operational intelligence and compliance readiness materials. They do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee regulatory outcomes. Buyers should verify current legal requirements against official sources and seek legal advice where required.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
