SECORDIT INTELLIGENCE — REFUND POLICY

Last updated: 17 March 2026

1. Overview

Secordit Intelligence ("Secordit," "we," "us") provides specialist regulatory intelligence, compliance toolkits, and advisory services to UK businesses. Due to the nature of our deliverables — which include digital documents, proprietary intelligence reports, and time-sensitive regulatory analysis — our refund policy is structured to reflect the immediate value transferred upon purchase.

2. Digital Products (CSRB-UPLIFT, CSRB-BRIDGE, CSRB-RESPOND, CSRB-WATCH, AISEC-PRO, AISEC-101)

Digital products are non-refundablhe once accessed or downloaded, except where a specific product page explicitly provides a product-specific guarantee. Where such a guarantee is stated, that guarantee applies only to that product and only to the extent of any inconsistency.

This is consistent with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content where the consumer has expressly consented to delivery beginning before the cancellation period ends and acknowledged that the right to cancel is thereby lost.

By completing purchase, you confirm that you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived upon download or access.

If you experience a technical fault that prevents access to your purchased product, contact us within 7 days at intel@secordit.co.uk and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

3. Pulse Audit (£997 — Analyst-Led Service Engagement)

The Pulse Audit is a bespoke professional service engagement. The following terms apply:

  • Guarantee: If the Pulse Audit does not deliver a clear, named exposure position and a prioritised remediation roadmap specific to your organisation, contact us within 7 days of report delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
  • Booking and scheduling: After purchase you will receive a booking confirmation and calendar link within 1 business hour. Sessions are typically available within 5 working days. Your named exposure report is delivered within 48 hours of the session closing.

4. The Architect Retainer (£1,500/month + VAT)

Retainer engagements operate on the following basis:

  • Initial month: Non-refundable once the onboarding and baseline assessment has been completed.
  • Subsequent months: May be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to intel@secordit.co.uk. No partial-month refunds are issued.
  • Cooling-off period: If you have not yet received any deliverable and cancel within 48 hours of your first payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Exceptions — Defective or Misrepresented Deliverables

Notwithstanding the above, you retain statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. If a deliverable is materially defective or materially misrepresents what was described at point of sale, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will investigate and, where a valid claim is established, offer a remedy (replacement, correction, or partial refund at our discretion).

We do not consider dissatisfaction with regulatory outcomes — for example, a legislative timeline that subsequently changes — to constitute a defect, as regulatory intelligence is advisory in nature.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email intel@secordit.co.uk with:

  • Your name and order reference
  • The product or service purchased
  • The reason for your request
  • Date of purchase

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
