Every Secordit kit is a digital download. Nothing is posted to you, so there's no delivery charge.
After payment, your download link appears on the thank-you page and works for 24 hours. At checkout you tick a box agreeing to the Terms and asking for your download before the 14-day cancellation period ends. You understand you lose your right to cancel once the download starts.
If the link or file doesn't work, email [email protected] with the email address you paid with and your Stripe receipt number, if you have it. Your rights if a kit is faulty or not as described are in section 3 of our Refund policy.
